K+ARchitects combines the talents of husband and wife team, Kate and Andrew Rowe, who share over 20 years of experience in residential construction and a passion for creating inspiring residential architecture.

Andrew Rowe: Architect, MAIA, BArch(Hons), BPC, BPD(Hons) Melbourne.

CLIENTS & PROJECTS

K+AR work with private clients and builders and developers, however no project is too small.
We specialise in new residential homes, extensions, alterations and additions, and small to medium multi-residential developments.

Though proven in other sectors including office, retail and health-care; K+AR get the most enjoyment from working with individual clients and the human touch that residential projects demand.
